4. Aadhaar data
- Only the last 4 digits are stored
- The full number is never retained
- Verified via the official government API
5. Data retention
- Active accounts: data retained while in use
- Closed accounts: anonymised within 30 days
- Financial records: 7 years (legal requirement)
- Safety records: retained permanently for accountability
6. Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion (with limits where law requires retention)
